A late-night firing incident in Dhanbad's Jharudih area has left residents of an apartment complex in fear. The alleged perpetrator, Devendra Singh, a witness in the Suresh Singh murder case, is accused of firing a shot perilously close to a resident's temple following an argument.
The victim, Rajesh Jha, intervened when Singh was reportedly vandalizing property and assaulting his driver. Singh then allegedly fired at Jha, narrowly missing his eye. Kanchan Jha, Rajesh's wife, corroborated the events, stating Singh often caused disturbances when intoxicated.
