Devil in Ozarks Gets 13 More Years for Prison Escape

Hardin was captured on June 6, approximately 1.5 miles from the North Central Unit prison from which he fled on May 25. Officials reported he utilized a makeshift uniform and a marker to disguise his clothing during his escape. The search involved numerous federal, state, and local agencies.
Tracking dogs were instrumental in locating Hardin near Moccasin Creek, leading to his apprehension. He is currently held at the Varner Supermax in Gould, Arkansas, according to corrections department records.
