The official email addresses of both college principals received an alarming message just before 2:00 AM, warning of an imminent explosion and urging immediate evacuation.
The threat specifically mentioned Pakistan's ISI and individuals involved in a meth case, alleging a plot to bomb the colleges. The sender, claiming to be a political party member from South India seeking witness protection, detailed the alleged planning and urged authorities to disarm devices. As a result, examinations scheduled for the day at Ramjas College were cancelled, and students and staff were evacuated.
