One incident involved shots fired outside a Paschim Vihar gym, and another targeted a businessman in Vinod Nagar for extortion. Police recovered two pistols and live ammunition from the arrested duo.
Investigations revealed that the shooters were in contact with foreign-based handlers, including Randeep Malik, an associate of Lawrence Bishnoi. The minor was reportedly promised ₹2 lakh for his involvement, with a portion already transferred to his mother's account.
