Authorities are investigating Todd Hill, a 46-year-old Delaware man, following allegations of grooming and sexually assaulting a 16-year-old boy who worked for him. Hill managed Kids First Swim School in Aston, where the victim was employed as a swim instructor and lifeguard. The investigation was prompted in January when the victim's parents reported the abuse.
Detectives learned that Hill allegedly brought the teen to his Wilmington, Delaware home and also traveled with him to Mexico. Neighbors expressed shock at the accusations against Hill, whom they described as friendly. Concerned messages between Hill and the teen were later discovered by investigators.
Hill is currently held on $21,000 bail. Kids First Swim Schools confirmed Hill is no longer employed there and stated that none of their families or children were affected by his alleged activities. Police are actively seeking information from the public regarding any potential additional victims.
