A woman was critically injured after being shot on Thursday evening at a bus stop in DeKalb County. Officers found the victim on a bench at the bus stop with a gunshot wound and she was transported to the hospital.
Investigators learned the suspected shooter had boarded a MARTA bus following the incident. Working in conjunction with MARTA Police, DeKalb County officers apprehended the suspect as she exited a bus at the Five Points MARTA Station in downtown Atlanta.
