Deadly Affair: Wife and Lover Conspire to Murder Husband in Gujarat

On 2025-10-27, the discovery of a young man's body with severe injuries sent shockwaves through Bhavnagar, Gujarat. Investigators have now revealed that the killing was the result of a conspiracy hatched by the man's wife, Mamta, and her lover, Aman.

According to the police, Mamta and Aman, a resident of Kevalani, had been in a relationship for several months. The affair had reportedly caused repeated disputes between Mamta and her husband, Kamlesh Dudhiya, a laborer living in the city. Mamta confided in Aman that she wanted to marry him but could not do so while Kamlesh was alive. Together with Aman's friend Amit, the pair allegedly plotted Kamlesh's murder.

The trio lured Kamlesh out of the house, killed him, and dumped his body outside the village to make it appear as if he had been attacked by unknown assailants. After tracing phone records and questioning both Mamta and Aman, the police were able to piece together the sequence of events. Confronted with evidence, the three accused confessed to the crime.

Mamta, Aman, and Amit have been arrested and charged with murder and criminal conspiracy. The investigation is ongoing to determine whether anyone else was involved or aware of the plan.
