Cruise Ship Mystery Deepens: New Evidence Emerges in Amy Bradley Disappearance

The mysterious disappearance of Amy Bradley, who vanished from a cruise ship in 1998 at the age of 23, has taken a new turn with the emergence of fresh evidence. The Netflix docuseries "Amy Bradley Is Missing," released in July 2025, has sparked renewed interest in the case, generating hundreds of new leads for the FBI and the Bradley family.

Among the most significant developments is the testimony of a female bartender on the cruise ship who claims to have witnessed Bradley's alleged kidnapping. According to a source close to the production, on the night Bradley went missing, the bartender was heard exclaiming to passengers and crew, "Señorita kidnapped! Señorita kidnapped!" The bartender's identity was not known at the time of the documentary's release, but she has since come forward and is currently being interviewed by investigators.

In addition, investigators have traced a "highly suspicious" hit to Amy Bradley's missing-persons website to the IP address of a device on a boat off the west end of Barbados. This has raised concerns about potential drug-running and sex-trafficking activities in the region, as these illicit operations often go hand-in-hand. The FBI and the Bradley family's private investigators have since traveled to Curaçao and other surrounding countries to follow up on this lead.

The docuseries has also prompted the FBI to reopen the case with a new agent, and the Bradley family has hired additional private investigators to aid in the search. With the government shutdown somewhat curtailing the FBI's activities, the family's efforts have become even more crucial in the ongoing investigation.
