Vivian Alexandra Gomez has been sentenced to four years in prison in connection with the April 2023 death of Christina Ashten Gourkani, a 34-year-old OnlyFans model. Gourkani, who gained a following for her resemblance to Kim Kardashian, died after receiving illegal silicone butt injections from Gomez.
Gomez, an unlicensed cosmetologist, traveled from Florida to California to administer the injections in a hotel room. Following the procedure on April 20, 2023, Gourkani became ill and died of respiratory failure. Prosecutors stated silicone was found in her bloodstream.
Gomez was found guilty of felony involuntary manslaughter and practicing medicine without a license. She reportedly left California immediately after the surgery but was later arrested and transferred back to face charges. Her attorney indicated she was willing to accept responsibility.
