On the morning of Saturday, March 14, 2026, Becker allegedly attempted to shoot his ex-wife outside her hair salon in Alaska. Shortly thereafter, he fatally shot Romaine Clark inside a nearby residence.
Authorities initiated a manhunt for Becker, which concluded on March 15, 2026, when his body was discovered in a wooded area in Eagle River. The cause and manner of his death are currently under investigation. Becker owned a comedy club called Chuckleheads in Arizona.
