Isis Hinson, 26, a USPS employee at the Marietta East Cobb Station, is accused of stealing greeting cards between October 2 and December 11. Authorities allege she went through the cards specifically searching for cash and gift cards.
The investigation began in late October after a letter carrier reported finding several opened greeting cards. These cards were reportedly taken from a cluster box located in Acworth, an area where Hinson lived. Following this report, investigators initiated a probe into the alleged mail thefts.
