The fire, which broke out on Sunburnt Circuit, sent two men to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Tragically, a 44-year-old man succumbed to his injuries later that day. A 46-year-old man involved in the fire is currently in stable condition, while two other individuals, a woman and an 11-year-old girl, were not physically harmed.
The 29-year-old woman, who was hospitalized under police guard, has been remanded in custody. She is scheduled to appear at Melbourne Magistrates Court on Saturday. Police indicated that the individuals involved in the incident were known to each other.
