- Allegations include throwing ex-girlfriend and making threats.
- Incident occurred over air conditioning settings and food.

New England Patriots defensive tackle Christian Barmore is slated for arraignment on February 3rd in Attleboro District Court concerning a misdemeanor assault and battery charge. The accusations originate from an alleged incident in August involving his then-girlfriend.
The reported altercation began with a dispute over the air conditioning temperature. According to a police report, Barmore became enraged, allegedly threw the child out of the bedroom, and later, after a confrontation about food, threw the woman to the floor, grabbing her by the neck. He is also accused of threatening her and her family.
This news surfaces shortly after teammate Stefon Diggs had a motion hearing for his own felony strangulation charge, stemming from allegations by a private chef. Barmore's attorneys and the Patriots have not yet released statements regarding the new charge.
