According to the police, Ramkripal's body was discovered hanging from a tree in his field on the intervening night of 2025-10-29 and 2025-10-30. Villagers spotted the body early in the morning and immediately informed the authorities. The investigation into the murder of Nilesh Pal had been ongoing, with police questioning Ramkripal since the day of the incident.
