Cher's Son Arrested Twice in One Weekend
2 Mar
Summary
- Allman arrested Sunday for felony burglary after breaking into a home.
- He allegedly caused $1,700 in door damage and $1,000 to a rug.
- This follows a Friday arrest for assault and other charges.

Elijah Blue Allman, son of Cher, was taken into custody twice within a single weekend recently. On Sunday, he was arrested for felony burglary after allegedly entering a residence in Windham, New Hampshire. During the alleged break-in, a female resident reportedly hid in a closet. Police found Allman inside the home, where he was arrested without issue. He is accused of causing approximately $1,700 in damage to a door and $1,000 to a rug by dropping a lit cigarette. This arrest followed his release on Friday without bail after being charged with two counts of simple assault, criminal trespass, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct. Officers had responded to a disturbance at St. Paul's prep school, where Allman was allegedly behaving belligerently. Cher had previously sought a conservatorship for her son in December 2023, citing severe mental health and substance abuse issues.
