Jaitly also accused him of systematically undermining her and gaining control of her assets, pressuring her to transfer property ownership during a period of severe depression.
The domestic abuse escalated, forcing Jaitly to flee Austria at night with her children. She is seeking an order for unhindered virtual and telephonic access to her three children, who remain in Peter Haag's custody in Austria. The court has issued a notice to Haag, with the matter scheduled for further hearing.
