Employed as a caretaker since January 2025, Dash engaged in sexual relations with the man. When he indicated he did not want a relationship, Dash became aggressive. Court records indicate she assaulted the man, causing him to fall off his bed and leaving him helpless.
Following the assault, Dash stole several of the man's belongings, including his cellphone, a Ring door camera, a tablet, and a bottle of alcohol. Dash pleaded guilty to charges of abuse of a care dependent person and criminal mischief. Judge Joseph F. Sklarosky sentenced her to one-to-24 months in the county correctional facility and one year of probation. She was granted immediate parole due to time served and ordered to attend anger management counseling.
