During their investigation, authorities found a suicide note signed by both Chiranjeevi and Revathi, stating that no one was responsible for their deaths and that they could not repay their debts. Police believe Chiranjeevi may have sedated his family before killing them, as there were no signs of a struggle. He is suspected to have smothered his wife and children using plastic sheets and slit his wife's throat before taking his own life.
