Further allegations revealed Thomson ignored or refused requests for assistance from his colleagues. On at least one occasion, he deliberately acted in an obstructive manner by moving patients from his assigned list. The panel concluded his behavior was fundamentally incompatible with continuing to practice as a registered nurse, citing the need to maintain public confidence in the profession.
