Thirteen individuals face federal charges stemming from two separate indictments targeting drug trafficking operations in Buffalo. The first indictment charges defendants with conspiring to possess and distribute controlled substances, including cocaine, crack cocaine, and fentanyl, starting in September 2025. Operations were conducted from residences on West Avenue in Buffalo and Cleveland Drive in Cheektowaga. Some individuals also face charges related to firearms possession.
A second indictment targets a conspiracy to distribute 50 kilograms or more of marijuana, which began in December 2025. This operation utilized residences on Connecticut Street in Buffalo and Sweeney Street in North Tonawanda. Several defendants in this group are also charged with firearm offenses.
