- 30-year-old man's body found near Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple in Gurgaon
- Victim identified as Kamod, a daily wage laborer from Delhi
- Preliminary signs suggest face and head were smashed with stones

On the morning of November 14, 2025, the body of a 30-year-old man was found near the Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple in Gurgaon's Sector 7. The victim has been identified as Kamod, a daily wage laborer from Delhi who had been living with his elder brother in Jyoti Park for the past week.
Around 7 a.m., a garbage collector spotted the body lying under a heap of trash and immediately alerted the police. Officers from the Sector 5 police station arrived at the scene and discovered Kamod's lifeless form in a pool of blood, with deep injuries to his face and head. Preliminary investigations suggest his face and head were bludgeoned with stones.
According to the police, Kamod and his brother had been drinking together on the previous night. Around 10 p.m., Kamod had stepped out alone, telling his brother he would return soon. However, his body was found the next morning just a few meters from the temple gate.
The authorities are currently scanning CCTV footage from the area to track Kamod's movements and identify any potential suspects. They are also exploring possibilities of a sudden altercation or personal enmity as the motive, as robbery does not appear to be the reason for the attack. A case of murder has been registered, and the body has been sent for autopsy.
