Around 3 AM on November 3rd, the same gang attacked 'Auto' Ganesan (38) near the Koyambedu bus stand. Ganesan ran into a nearby hotel for safety, but the gang dragged him out and hacked him multiple times, leaving him with serious injuries. He was rushed to Kilpauk medical college hospital.

Based on CCTV footage, the police have identified five of the attackers as Amavasai, Vicky, Chinna Karuppu, Periya Suruppu, and Jeeva. The Koyambedu police have launched a search for the entire gang.
