Evidence recovered from trash bags allegedly disposed of by Walshe included a hacksaw, a hatchet, and items containing both Brian and Ana Walshe's blood and DNA. Despite these findings, Ana Walshe's body has not been located.
Walshe is still scheduled to stand trial for the murder of his wife, Ana Walshe, a corporate real estate manager and mother of three. Jury selection for the murder trial, initially set for Tuesday, has been postponed until Wednesday. Prosecutors intend to present their case with up to 60 witnesses.
