Summary
- 20 million euros in assets seized in Italy linked to alleged fraud.

- Stolen funds were used to purchase real estate and artworks.

Italian financial police announced on Thursday the seizure of approximately 20 million euros in assets. The impounded property includes real estate, vineyards, olive groves, artworks, and financial holdings located in and around Florence.
These assets are believed to have been purchased using funds allegedly stolen from Swiss-born actress Ursula Andress. The 90-year-old former Bond girl reported to Swiss authorities that she had been defrauded of 18 million Swiss francs by her long-time financial adviser over an eight-year period.
Authorities stated that the stolen funds were channeled through complex transactions to conceal their origins. The investigation traced these funds to the acquisition of eleven properties and fourteen plots of cultivated land in the Tuscan countryside.
Andress, famed for her role as Honey Ryder in 1962's "Dr. No," expressed shock and a sense of betrayal, stating she was deliberately targeted and exploited due to her age and goodwill by those she trusted.
