In Bokaro, three individuals were apprehended on Wednesday in connection with a robbery targeting a finance company's recovery agent. The incident took place in Chas, near the RPF barrack under Balidih police station limits. The victim, Sonu Kumar, stated that three men on a motorcycle accosted him, stealing his phone and wallet.
Furthermore, the assailants coerced Kumar into revealing his UPI password, subsequently withdrawing Rs 5,300 from his account. Responding swiftly, law enforcement authorities, led by SP Harvinder Singh, arrested the accused within a mere 12-hour timeframe. A portion of the stolen money, amounting to Rs 3,420, along with the victim's belongings, was recovered during the operation.
