Wife Kills Husband, Strangles Son for Witnessing

A chilling double murder in Bengaluru's Chikkabanavara area has led to the arrest of 26-year-old Harini. She is accused of conspiring with her alleged lover, Vinay, to kill her husband, Abhinandan, 35. The investigation suggests their four-year-old son, Yaduveer, witnessed the crime and was subsequently strangled by Harini to eliminate a witness.

Authorities discovered inconsistencies in Harini's account, with evidence pointing to a staged scene. CCTV footage was tampered with, and incriminating data was allegedly deleted from her phone. Harini reportedly confessed to the murders during a six-hour interrogation, citing marital disputes as a contributing factor.

Investigators are exploring property ownership, valued at crores, as a potential motive for the alleged killings. The hope is that this gain could be shared with Vinay. Police are actively searching for Vinay, who fled the scene. Post-mortem reports are pending to confirm the exact cause of death.
