In Bengaluru, a case has been formally registered against several individuals for the unauthorized installation of large banners and buntings displaying the portrait of actor Yash. These decorations were placed on public property, specifically on the wall of the Golf Club, without obtaining any necessary permissions.

The incident came to light on January 9 when the GBA chief commissioner observed the banners during his travel. Following this observation, an assistant engineer investigated the matter and identified GS Creation and Venu Group as the organizers responsible for the displays intended for Yash's birthday.

As a result, the High Grounds police have initiated legal proceedings under the Karnataka Open Place Disfigurement Act, citing the violation of norms governing the use of public spaces and disfigurement of property without official consent.
