Despite the efforts of two nurses who provided immediate medical assistance and the subsequent care at Royal Perth Hospital, Walker's injuries were too severe.
Her husband, Alex Ruskulis, shared a poignant victim impact statement, highlighting the cruel twist of fate that after surviving breast cancer, Brenda's life was tragically cut short.
