Autistic Man Missing for 10 Days, Police Seek Witnesses

On November 6th, 2015, a 24-year-old autistic man named Sam went missing in Hull, England. As of November 17th, 2025, the search for Sam continues, with Humberside Police releasing CCTV footage of two individuals who may have vital information about his disappearance.
The footage shows the two people walking along the Victoria Dock promenade in Hull around the same time Sam was last seen. Police are appealing for these individuals to come forward, as they may have crucial information that could assist in the investigation.
Sam's mother, Helen, has described the situation as "pure hell," explaining that she has left more than 30 care packages and notes around the city, urging her son to ask for help. Specialist officers, including scent dogs and the underwater search unit, have been working tirelessly to try and understand Sam's movements and locate him.
"We continue to support Sam's family during this incredibly difficult time," said Chief Inspector Owen Stafford. "We are doing everything we can to try and find him."
