Man Strangles Dogs After Abuse in Atlanta Parking Garage

Fulton County Police are urgently seeking to identify a man captured on surveillance footage in connection with the brutal deaths of two dogs. The incident occurred on July 22 in an Atlanta parking garage, where the suspect was seen walking the animals before leaving alone approximately 20 minutes later.
The bodies of the two mixed-breed dogs were discovered under a stairwell by the parking garage manager. Their leashes were found tied together, and it was later determined they had been strangled. Disturbingly, police also revealed that the animals had been sexually abused prior to their deaths.
Authorities have described the unidentified man as a significant danger to the public, citing the sickening nature of the crime. He is described as a black man with a white goatee, tattoo sleeves on both arms, and standing between 5ft 6in and 5ft 9in. Police are appealing to the public for any information that could lead to his arrest.
