Car dealerships throughout the metro Atlanta area have been issued a warning regarding a suspect who is considered armed and dangerous. This individual is already connected to theft incidents spanning two different counties, according to law enforcement.
Surveillance footage captured the suspect inside Atlanta Unique Auto Sales on Buford Highway in Norcross on New Year's Day. During this visit, it is alleged that four sets of car keys were taken from the premises. This tactic is reportedly common, allowing thieves to return later and steal vehicles under the cover of darkness.
Authorities believe the suspect possesses prior experience, as evidence suggests they arrived at the dealership in a car that had already been stolen from Doraville. There is also information indicating the suspect regularly carries a firearm. As of the current reporting, the suspect has not yet returned to attempt stealing the vehicles from Unique Auto Sales.
