The claims period is open until December 21, 2026. Customers who purchased qualifying iPhone models between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025, are potentially eligible. The settlement addresses claims that Apple's marketing of enhanced Siri features and other AI capabilities was deceptive, as these features arrived weeks after the devices were released.
Court approval for the settlement has progressed, with a final approval date set for February 24, 2027. Following this, settlement payments are expected to be distributed within a 60-day window after that date. Approximately 36 million customers are estimated to be eligible for this settlement.
