Antonio Brown, the former NFL player, has been sentenced to three years of probation after pleading guilty to aggravated assault with a firearm. This resolution comes approximately a year and a half after the chaotic incident occurred outside an Adin Ross boxing event in Miami in May 2025.
As part of the plea agreement overseen by Judge Marisa Tinkler Mendez, Brown is required to complete a psychiatric evaluation and counseling. He is also strictly forbidden from possessing any firearms during his probation period.
The 38-year-old former All-Pro received a favorable outcome, avoiding a potential 30-year prison sentence. His attorney stated it was an "offer he just couldn't refuse." The victim of the assault reportedly supported the plea deal.
Following the incident in May 2025, Brown initially fled to Dubai before being extradited back to the U.S. in November 2025. He has not played in the NFL since January 2022.
