Isaiah Owens has autism and a speech delay. He is believed to be accompanied by Kenneth Lee Brantley, a 43-year-old Black male. Brantley has black hair, brown eyes, and measures 5 feet 2 inches, weighing 162 pounds. He was last seen in a white t-shirt with a colorful design and gray pants.
The pair is thought to be traveling in a Black 2012 GMC Yukon, identified by South Carolina license plates XFH-752. The New Bern Police Department is requesting the public's assistance. Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is urged to call (252) 633-2020 or 911.
