Three men have received custodial sentences following a violent knifepoint robbery in Trafford, Greater Manchester. The incident occurred in the early hours of November 27, 2022, when a 15-year-old boy was using a cash machine.
As the teenager prepared to leave on his scooter, a black BMW deliberately cut him off. Three men emerged from the vehicle, robbing the boy of £120 and stabbing him twice. The offenders then fled the scene in the car.
The victim was rushed to the hospital and underwent emergency surgery for serious injuries. Detectives from Greater Manchester Police identified the perpetrators, leading to the recent sentencing at Manchester Crown Court.
Callum Henson received five-and-a-half years for robbery and Section 20 assault. Harry Jackson was sentenced to four years and 10 months for Section 18 assault. Bailey Mann received three years in a young offenders' institute for robbery. The investigation and subsequent justice have provided some closure for the shaken victim and his family.
