Revenues also surpassed expectations, reaching $14.67 billion and growing 7.6% compared to the previous year. Cisco's Total Annual Recurring Revenues (ARR) stood at $31.1 billion, up 5%, with product ARR growth of 8%.
A standout highlight was Cisco's AI Infrastructure business, which saw orders from webscale customers exceed $800 million in the fourth quarter. This brought the total AI Infrastructure revenues to $2 billion in fiscal 2025, doubling the company's original expectations.
Cisco's partnership with NVIDIA has been a key driver, with the integration of Cisco Nexus switches and NVIDIA's Spectrum-X architecture offering low-latency, high-speed networking for AI clusters. The Cisco Secure AI factory with NVIDIA also provides a trusted blueprint for building secure AI-ready data centers.
