India's First Branded IT Park Launches in Trivandrum

The HiLITE Group has commenced its significant Rs 300 crore YOO Hub Trivandrum project with a groundbreaking ceremony at Technopark Phase III. This initiative is poised to redefine Kerala's technology infrastructure and bolster its digital economy. Minister P. K. Kunhalikutty highlighted the project's role in strengthening the state's IT and AI ecosystem.
P. Sulaiman, Chairman of HiLITE Group, emphasized the project's commitment to creating world-class infrastructure and attracting global investment. Sandip Kumar IAS, CEO of Technopark, noted the timely addition of 5.37 lakh square feet of premium Grade-A IT space.
Ajil Muhammed, CEO of HiLITE Group, stated the project aims to bridge the gap in premium infrastructure for global businesses. YOO Hub Trivandrum is India's first YOO-branded IT Park and the first IT project globally under the YOO brand, integrating luxury design with technology infrastructure.
The development spans 5.37 lakh sq. ft. and will feature a basement, ground floor, two parking floors, and 15 office floors. It is engineered to attract multinational corporations and emerging digital enterprises.
Furthermore, YOO Hub Trivandrum has achieved LEED v4.1 BD+C Platinum pre-certification, setting a new standard for sustainable development in the region.
