Yagy Tech Secures Deals Worth ₹150 Crore

Yagy Tech Pvt Ltd, a Pune-based company, has announced the acquisition of 18 multi-year enterprise contracts with an estimated annualized revenue potential of ₹100-150 crore. The company is focused on developing an integrated daily food infrastructure platform that caters to various eating occasions, including home, work, and institutional settings.

Currently, Yagy operates in 10 Indian cities, delivering over 150,000 meals per month. The company's strategic expansion plan includes a national footprint across 21 cities, supported by a shared operational backbone. These new contracts span diverse sectors like quick-commerce, IT, education, and co-working spaces, indicating significant growth opportunities.

Yagy previously raised $1 million and is currently seeking a $1 million bridge round to facilitate its expansion, activate signed demand, and enhance its technology and operational capabilities. The company has developed its technology stack in-house, utilizes AI-assisted software development, holds two patents, and is in the process of obtaining ISO 27001 certification.
