Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting has acquired TTK Healthcare's Good Home and Eva brands for ₹256 crore, bolstering its home care and personal care portfolios. This transaction is Wipro's 17th acquisition and follows its recent purchase of a Philippine personal care company, signaling an accelerated inorganic growth strategy.
Good Home and Eva generated ₹148 crore in revenue in FY26. The deal is expected to close by September 30, 2026, subject to customary conditions. Wipro's acquisition strengthens its home care presence with Good Home and expands its fragrance business through Eva.
Wipro aims to double down on home care and foods in India, seeing these as underpenetrated categories with rising consumer aspirations. Home care currently contributes 15% to Wipro's India business and grew 27% last year. The acquisition of Eva complements Wipro's Yardley franchise by targeting younger consumers.
Wipro plans to leverage its extensive distribution network to scale both brands, particularly in modern trade, quick commerce, and e-commerce. The company also sees opportunities to introduce these products to overseas markets in Southeast Asia and Africa, potentially using common backend operations for procurement scale.
