- Order book stood at Rs 217 crore as of June 30, 2027.

Windsor Machines' stock price declined by 6.82% to Rs 283.65 following the announcement of a net loss of Rs 0.9 crore for the first quarter of FY27. This contrasts with a net profit of Rs 2.2 crore reported in the same period last year. Revenue from operations, however, showed a strong year-on-year increase of 31.4%, reaching Rs 148.9 crore. The Injection Moulding Machinery Segment was a key driver of this revenue growth.
Despite the top-line improvement, costs escalated, with the cost of goods sold (COGS) rising by 40.3% and selling, general, and administrative expenses (SG&A) increasing by 21%. This led to a 20.9% fall in EBITDA to Rs 6.3 crore and a contraction in the EBITDA margin to 4.2%. Finance costs also surged significantly, contributing to a pre-tax loss of Rs 1.8 crore for the quarter.
The company's order book as of June 30, 2027, stood at Rs 217 crore, with Injection Moulding machinery constituting the largest share. Windsor Machines is recognized globally for serving the plastic processing industry across 65 countries, manufacturing essential machinery like injection moulding, pipe extrusion, and blown films equipment.
