Welspun One is poised for substantial expansion, targeting the leasing of over 10 million square feet of warehousing and industrial real estate within the next three years. This strategic move nearly doubles the company's current operational footprint and reflects strong demand from logistics operators, manufacturers, and e-commerce businesses.
Recent leases executed by Welspun One in FY25-26 alone surpassed 2.5 million sq ft. These include significant deals like a 5.9 lakh sq ft facility for Amazon India and a controlled-environment warehouse for medical equipment manufacturers.
Beyond traditional large-format warehousing, Welspun One is broadening its scope to include in-city distribution and retail infrastructure. Key projects under construction nationwide include India's largest FTWZ development at Nhava Sheva, a multi-format asset in Thane, and major logistics parks in Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Cuttack, and the NCR region.
The company anticipates delivering an additional 3.5 million sq ft of space over the next four quarters, supported by ongoing construction and capital deployment, further solidifying its market presence.
