Welspun Enterprises is projecting a future revenue growth of 15-20%, supported by a substantial consolidated order book totaling approximately ₹20,000 crore. This includes ₹5,000 crore designated for operations and maintenance projects. The company's Managing Director, Sandeep Garg, expressed confidence in revenue visibility following a strong performance in the January-March 2026 quarter.
EBITDA margins have remained above 22% on an annualized basis. However, the company maintains a cautious guidance of 18% plus for EBITDA margins, citing potential cost escalations due to inflation that may not be fully covered by existing clauses. Welspun Enterprises successfully collected over ₹100 crore in the fourth quarter from outstanding Jal Jeevan Mission projects.
These Jal Jeevan Mission projects have an extended completion deadline of December 2026. The company is optimistic about finishing these projects and realizing the associated revenue before the end of the current year. Additionally, Welspun has observed an improvement in labor availability, which had previously been impacted by migration and supply chain issues.
Welspun Enterprises currently has no immediate plans for fresh fundraising, despite an approved ₹1,000 crore enabling resolution. The company holds a market capitalization of ₹7,066.03 crore and has seen its shares appreciate around 3% over the past year. The firm also has a joint venture with the Adani Group in oil and gas exploration, holding approximately 1.1 TCF of gas reserves, with production targeted for FY29.
