Pantomath Group's Wealth Company Mutual Fund has introduced The Wealth Company Multi Cap Fund, an open-ended equity scheme. This fund is designed to provide investors with opportunities across large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap segments of the stock market. The New Fund Offer (NFO) period for this scheme commenced on August 27 and is scheduled to conclude on September 10. Following the NFO, the fund will reopen for regular transactions starting September 21, 2026. This multi-cap fund commits to maintaining a minimum allocation of 25% in each market-cap category, aligning with regulatory mandates. The fund house has outlined an indicative allocation range of 25% to 50% for each segment, allowing flexibility. The investment strategy is active, rooted in fundamental research and bottom-up stock selection, augmented by an analysis of overarching structural trends. Chinmay Sathe will manage the scheme. The benchmark for performance evaluation will be the NIFTY 500 Multi Cap 50:25:25 TRI. The minimum initial investment required is ₹1,000. The fund supports Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) facilities with daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly frequencies, setting a minimum monthly SIP amount at ₹250. The fund aims to achieve long-term capital appreciation by diversifying investments across the three market-cap segments. Emphasis will be placed on identifying robust businesses characterized by quality management, competitive advantages, and scalability, rather than solely focusing on market capitalization.
