Waaree Energies Soars 10% on Record Q3 Profit

Waaree Energies' share price surged by 10% after the company announced its Q3 FY26 financial results. The renewable energy firm posted a net profit of ₹1,106.79 crore for the December quarter, an 118.35% increase compared to the same period last year. Revenue from operations also saw substantial growth, soaring by 118.81% to ₹7,565.05 crore.
The company demonstrated robust operational achievements, producing 3.51 GW of solar modules and 0.75 GW of cells in Q3 FY26. This strong performance is further supported by the recent commissioning of new manufacturing facilities in Gujarat, enhancing its production capacity.
Waaree Energies also announced a significant capital expenditure plan, raising ₹1,003 Crores for a 20 GWh advanced lithium-ion cell and battery pack manufacturing plant. Furthermore, its strategic investment in United Solar Holding Inc. in Oman aims to secure a traceable supply chain and expand its global manufacturing footprint.
"Waaree Energies has delivered another exceptional quarter, with Q3 FY26 marking record revenue and profitability," stated Amit Paithankar, Whole Time Director & CEO. He added that the company has secured a substantial order book of approximately ₹60,000 Crores, ensuring sustained visibility for future growth.
