Verve, an independent talent and literary agency, has committed to a 10-year lease for its worldwide headquarters, establishing a significant presence in the Hollywood Media District.

Strategically positioned across from Sunset Las Palmas Studios, Verve's new headquarters is situated among prominent entertainment companies, reinforcing its connection to the industry's core.

The agency commissioned global design collective RIOS to create a headquarters that embodies its independent spirit and future ambitions. A notable feature is the ground-floor theater, designed as a versatile space for screenings, press events, and community engagement.

Verve's cofounding partners expressed pride in deepening their commitment to Hollywood, highlighting the location as essential to the creative process. They emphasized that this investment reflects their dedication to client-first representation and the future of the industry.

Founded in 2010, Verve operates across various divisions, including literary, talent, and media rights, representing a roster of notable actors and filmmakers.
