Summary
- Vama Industries' sales dropped by 70.78% in Q1 FY27.
- The company reported a net loss of Rs 1.54 crore for the quarter.
- Net loss narrowed from Rs 2.07 crore in the previous quarter.

Vama Industries has reported a significant decline in financial performance for the quarter ending June 2026. Sales saw a dramatic decrease of 70.78%, dropping to Rs 0.45 crore from Rs 1.54 crore during the same period last year.
The company incurred a net loss of Rs 1.54 crore for the quarter. While this figure indicates a loss, it is an improvement compared to the net loss of Rs 2.07 crore reported for the quarter ended June 2025. The operational profit margin also saw a considerable decrease, standing at -293.33% in the June 2026 quarter compared to -62.34% in the previous year's quarter.
Despite the challenging results, the PBDT (Profit Before Depreciation and Amortization) improved by 27%, and PBT (Profit Before Tax) increased by 26% on a quarter-on-quarter basis. These figures, however, do not offset the substantial drop in sales and the continued net loss.
