UTime Technology, the Hong Kong subsidiary of UTime (WTO), has secured a substantial procurement agreement valued at approximately $10 million. The deal is with Tumu Vertex for smart health devices, signifying a major expansion into the North American market.
The agreement entails an initial purchase order for 50,000 units. These include 25,000 units each of the UT-168 BT Blood Pressure Watch and UR08 ECG Smart Ring, alongside 25,000 units of the UT-368 4G Blood Pressure Watch and UR01 Smart Ring.
Deliveries are scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2026, with both parties implementing joint quality control. UTime's CEO highlighted this as a strategic breakthrough, aiming to accelerate the development of next-generation health monitoring technologies.
