Ford's F-150 Lightning, previously the leading American electric pickup, is experiencing a resurgence in popularity within the used vehicle market. With new models no longer available, these electric trucks are being snapped up at significant discounts, approximately 50% to 60% off their original sticker prices. This makes the Lightning a compelling bargain for consumers. The demand is so high that used Lightnings are selling in roughly 20 days, less than half the national average for used vehicles.

Originally introduced with a lower starting MSRP, the F-150 Lightning's price increased significantly due to Ford's focus on higher-end trims. Despite the initial high cost and production losses for Ford, the reduced prices on the used market have made it an attractive option.
