TVS Motor Sales Soar 24% in September

TVS Motor Company reported a significant 24% year-on-year sales increase, totaling 672,790 units in September 2026. This growth was driven by a robust performance across various segments, highlighting the company's expanding market presence.

Domestic two-wheeler sales experienced a healthy 17% rise, while the electric vehicle segment demonstrated exceptional momentum. Two-wheeler EV sales more than doubled, soaring by 110% compared to the previous year, reflecting growing consumer adoption of sustainable mobility solutions.

The company's international business also showcased strong expansion, with total sales growing by 48% in September 2026. This surge was mirrored in international two-wheeler sales, which also climbed by 48%. Three-wheeler sales recorded a notable 57% increase.

In the second quarter of fiscal year 2027, TVS Motor registered total sales of 1.9 million units. Two-wheeler sales grew by 27% to 1.8 million units, and three-wheeler sales saw a 47% rise. The international business contributed significantly, growing by 35% during the quarter.
