Summary

- Greenfield expansion in Butibori is now commercially producing.
- Q3 FY26 net profit rose 17.7% to Rs 109.74 crore.

Transrail Lighting has successfully completed its greenfield expansion at its Butibori tower manufacturing plant, with commercial production now underway. This significant development, alongside partially completed brownfield expansions at Deoli, Baroda, and Silvassa facilities, has more than doubled the company's total installed capacity for tower manufacturing.
The company's production capacity has surged from 84,000 MTPA to an impressive 172,400 MTPA. This expansion is a key driver for Transrail Lighting, a veteran EPC company with four decades of experience in power transmission and distribution.
These operational enhancements align with strong financial performance. In the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, Transrail Lighting reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 109.74 crore, marking a 17.7% increase compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year. Revenue from operations also saw substantial growth, rising by 32.6% to Rs 1,777.19 crore.
